Free Samples/Freebies that take less than 30 seconds to sign up for sample

Once in a while I like searching through all the mess of samples sites out there and finding the best ones that I will regularly check for the next couple of weeks to come. I find they tend to contain a lot of garbage and samples that require a 5 min registration process just to receive a free newsletter! So I am wondering if it would be useful to others if we could collect just samples that require less than a 1 min sample request process with none to very simple registration?
